This tour visits a selection of our best golf courses and we recommend that the itinerary runs over 8 days.

Beginning in Auckland you will travel to Hawkes Bay via Rotorua and Taupo. On the second day of the tour there is an option to take a day trip by helicopter or plane to Kauri Cliffs, alternatively you will play the Alister MacKenzie designed course at Titirangi. We offer three levels of accommodation, the most luxurious includes Huka Lodge and The Farm at Cape Kidnappers. On the day of departure we can arrange an Air New Zealand flight between Hawke's Bay and Auckland or to your next destination. We have also recommended several non-golf activity options on this itinerary.

Schedule

Morning / Afternoon: Transfer from Auckland Airport to the accommodation of choice.
Evening: At leisure in Auckland. We offer recommendations and bookings at Auckland’s best restaurants.
Accommodation: Auckland hotel of choice. Options include The Park Hyatt, Sofitel, Hilton, CityLife and Swiss-Belsuites

Morning: Play golf at the Alister MacKenzie designed course at Titirangi (25 minutes from central Auckland).
Evening: At leisure in Auckland.
Accommodation: Auckland hotel of choice.

Alternative Option on Day 2:
Kauri Cliffs by helicopter: Depart hotel at 09:00 for a one hour helicopter flight. Tee off at Kauri Cliffs at 10:30am with lunch at the halfway point. Return to Auckland (1 hour flight) by 18:00.

Kauri Cliffs by Air New Zealand commercial flight:
Depart hotel at 07:15 to meet your flight which departs the Auckland Domestic Terminal at 08:35. You will arrive in Kerikeri at 09:20 where you will be met and transferred the short distance to Kauri Cliffs. Tee off at Kauri Cliffs at 10:30am with lunch at the halfway point. You will return to Kerikeri Airport for 17:15 return flight to Auckland. You will be back at the hotel by 18:45.

Morning / Afternoon: Travel 3 hours to Taupo with option of leisure time and activities in Rotorua or Taupo.
Evening: At leisure in Taupo.
Accommodation: Taupo hotel of choice. Options include The Hilton, Reef Resort, Point Villas, Kinloch Manor and Huka Lodge.

Morning: Play golf at Wairakei Golf and Sanctuary (10 minutes from central Taupo).
Afternoon / Evening: At leisure in Taupo.
Accommodation: Taupo hotel of choice.

Morning: Play golf at The Kinloch Club (20 minutes from central Taupo).
Afternoon: At leisure in Taupo.
Accommodation: Taupo hotel of choice.

Morning: Travel from Taupo to Hawke’s Bay (2 hours).
Afternoon: We recommend a tour of the Hawke’s Bay wineries with lunch at Elephant Hill or Craggy Range. 
Evening: At leisure in Hawke’s Bay.
Accommodation: Hawke’s Bay hotel of choice. Options include Te Pania, Crown Napier, Porters Havelock North, The Manse, Mangapapa Boutique Hotel and The Farm at Cape Kidnappers.

Morning: Play golf at Cape Kidnappers (40 minutes from central Napier).
Evening: At leisure in Hawke’s Bay.
Accommodation: Hawke’s Bay hotel of choice.

Departure Day: Hawke's Bay Airport is located 15 minutes drive from central Napier. We can arrange a flight back to Auckland to suit your International departure. Alternatively, we can offer quotes and bookings for a flight to your next New Zealand destination.
